What you will be doing

Work as a team in setting up and preparing before service begins
Work closely with the waiter team to ensure all tables are cleared and all plates brought out in a timely manner
Work closely with your team and celebrate fabulousness wherever you see it
You will be required to work weekends and evenings
40 hours per week
Flexible working

Skills and experience you need

Some experience as a Runner in a busy fine dining restaurant or brasserie
Enjoy and know our food and wine
Strong organisational skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English
