Job Description: We are seeking a hardworking and reliable kitchen porter to support the kitchen staff. As a kitchen porter, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring that all equipment and utensils are clean and ready for use.

Responsibilities:

• Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including floors, counters, and equipment
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed
• Ensure proper storage and organization of kitchen supplies
• Dispose of waste and recycling appropriately
• Support kitchen staff with various tasks to ensure smooth operation

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy items
• Must have Food Safety Level 2
