Main Duties and Responsibilities: Kitchen Porter

• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, ensuring everything is ready for use.
• Assist chefs and kitchen staff by keeping workstations stocked with clean utensils, pots, and pans.
• Ensure that all food preparation areas are clean and adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Empty bins, clean floors, and carry out other general cleaning tasks.
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.

Desirable Skills Include:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is a plus, but not essential.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
