C&N Recruitment are pleased to be working with a luxury 4 hotel and spa, who are looking for a Chef de Partie for their Brasserie restaurant. The restaurant has an elegant open-plan dining space. The Brasserie serves an all-day menu combining British and Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and Dinner, Monday to Sunday.
The successful CDP will be able to:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to quickly learn new recipes.
Learn new cooking methods.
Ability to problem solve.
Able to work with fresh ingredients.
Good knife skills
Cook and prepare various cuisines and willing to learn new recipes.
