Wine Waiter/Waitress, Junior Sommelier, SW1 London Monday to Friday, 33,500 + bonus

This established private members club with 2 restaurants, a bar and private dining rooms has an amazing opportunity for a Wine Waiter/Waitress or Junior Sommelier to join the team.

In this role, you will be
Serving guests
Recommending wines and pairing wine to food
Customer focused with good communication, attention to detail and presentation
Strong in wine knowledge particularly in French wines

Working hours are Monday to Friday only with split shifts: 11:00 – 15:00, 17:00 – 23:00

Benefits include:
Bonus (currently paid bi-annually)
10% work place pension after 5 years
Exceptional working hours (Club is closed in August, Christmas/New Year and Bank Holidays)
Taxi home if working after 23:00

Our ideal candidate would
Be a waiter/waitress or Junior Sommelier with wine knowledge
Have a stable work history within hospitality
Have a genuine passion for wine
Have good communication skills with the ability to liaise with colleagues and customers
Be keen to learn and develop, taking advice and direction on board
Have excellent attention to detail and presentation
Be friendly and approachable with a professional manner
Be flexible and willing
