About Us: South57 are looking for experienced waiting and bar staff for our client based in Bedford, a fantastic dining destination known for exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Job Description: We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated waiting and bar staff to join our client. As a member of waiting staff and bar staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and drinks to guests with attention to detail
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest inquiries or concerns
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Process payments and handle cash transactions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and a passion for customer service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old
