Sous Chef In House Dining – Mon to Fri Straight shifts – £40,000 – Central London
If you are a Sous Chef looking for a role within a food focused catering company offering a great salary and Monday to Friday working hours, then this vacancy for a Sous Chef could just be what you’re searching for.
You would be responsible for the lunch and Dinner service within this operation. Offering restaurant quality food with a small / focused seasonal menu. No expense has been spared in buying the toys for the kitchen, its full of all the latest gadgets including a smoker, blenders, and hydrators.
As Sous Chef you will be responsible for a small team of 4 Chefs and in charge of the daily operation of the restaurant.
Key Skills are:
Ability to demonstrate kitchen and culinary skills including Health and Safety procedures
Experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a similar environment
Supervision Skills
Excellent attention to detail
A high standard of personal presentation
Confident, professional and welcoming personality and able to communicate direct with the client
