A Sous Chef position has become available within an exciting high-end luxury events business in Central London. £40,000 per annum plus overtime at time and a half
Full time (45 hours per week – split over 5 day week, Mon to Sat)
Annual bonus dependant on personal and company performance

In this business Sous Chefs are responsible for running their own section in the main kitchen with a small team of junior staff and are required to run events as the lead Chef. I am looking for a chef who is experienced in high volume catering from either 5 Hotels, fixed events businesses of similar leading events businesses
I am looking for passionate chefs with attention to detail, refined organisational skills and a good pallet. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to push their career and work for one of the leading events businesses in London.
Mainly working Monday to Friday plus the odd Saturday, they offer a great work life balance and the chance to earn overtime for additional hours worked.
