Strong team-playing skills to effectively support and contribute to a brigade of chefs

Ability to maintain composure and organization in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Solid understanding of overall kitchen operations and the ability to ensure smooth service under the guidance of the Head Chef

Passionate about culinary excellence and dedicated to consistently delivering high-quality food

Experienced in working closely with suppliers to source the best products at competitive prices

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

Support a culture of learning and development within the team, ensuring talent retention and attraction

Assist in the kitchen operations

Help in creating menus using fresh ingredients, supporting in the development of contemporary and innovative dishes while maintaining profitability

Ensure impeccable culinary skills, presentation, and attention to detail in assisting with the delivery of the highest quality food

Bring a positive attitude and provide support and enthusiasm to the team and guests, showing care and consideration

Adhere to and help maintain Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and HACCP standards and procedures
