Whats in it for the Sous Chef?
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join this stunning traditional country house hotel just outside Ashford. The right Sous Chef would be assisting the Head Chef in leading a large kitchen brigade in their 2AA Rosette brasserie to consistently deliver the high standards they require. You will work alongside the Head Chef to develop menus and liaise with local suppliers as well as the central suppliers to create the best menus, using the best seasonal produce.
The right Sous Chef candidate would have a hotel background and experience cooking to a 2AA Rosette standard. We will also consider Junior Sous Chefs looking for their first Sous Chef role.
