• Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest quality food production
• Prepare and cook a variety of delicious dishes to meet the needs of our military personnel
• Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
• Maintain a safe and hygienic kitchen, following health and safety guidelines
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative and appealing menus

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar culinary role
• A passion for cooking and a creative approach to food preparation
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• A commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards
• Flexibility to work some weekends as needed
