Ideally, the perfect Sous Chef will have experience working within Rosette’sand will show a passion for perfection. There will be plenty of opportunities toinfluence menus & specialshere, but more importantly to carry onlearning and progressingwithin a growing company such asMosaic Pub & Dining.
