Sous Chef for an Exclusive Fine Dining Restaurant

Package of 42,120/ 18 an hour (45hr) + Tronc / Service Charge

We are seeking a Sous Chef from a 1/2 Roseette or 5 star hotel environment

Must have

Rosette experience / 5 star hotel

A Good attitude with high level of motivation

Plating to a high consistant standard

Indepth knowledge
