Role Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a conscientious and detail-orientated marketeer to join our busy marketing department. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will support them in driving business to key market segments and take an active role in creating, managing and implementing marketing campaigns including a mix of on and off line marketing. This role is a varied position and you will assist with digital campaigns, website updates, collateral production, advertising PR and other areas of the marketing mix.

About you:

• A Marketing based qualification would be desirable
• Previous marketing experience preferred, preferably in hotels.
• Knowledge of Opera Sales and Catering system would be an advantage.

Ideally, you will have previous marketing experience from within the travel or hotel industry, demonstrating a can-do attitude, with the ability to work to tight deadlines. A strong communicator, you will be at ease speaking to people within all levels of the business, both internally and externally. As well as being highly organised and efficient, responsive, pro-active, creative and resourceful with excellent follow-up skills, you will have to have the ability to build credible relationships with internal groups and partners to succeed in this role. Digital skills would be a distinct advantage.
