Restaurant Manager position available in a popular hotel in Newquay.

This is a fast paced and fun place to run, routinely serving up to 200 covers per day for morning coffees, lunches, afternoon teas and dinner service.

They are looking for a passionate and focused Restaurant Manager who can lead a team in delivering exceptional standards of guest satisfaction whilst delivering extraordinary experiences.

The ideal candidate

• Will have experience as a Restaurant Manager with hotel background.
• Demonstrate capability in planning, leading and managing a large team of staff.
• Have excellent organisational skills of self and others.
• Set and communicate realistic yet stretching goals for yourself and your team.
• Ensure an exemplary Restaurant service is delivered, without fail, to their guests.
• Motivate, inspire, coach and support the team to improve and develop to their full potential.
• Thrive under pressure in an unpredictable environment,

This is a permanent, full time position based on a 45 hour working week working 5 days out of 7 including weekends and bank holidays.
