Our client, a luxury hotel and spa resort nestled within 40 acres of beautiful parkland in Lancashire, is searching for a talented and dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead their vibrant, family-focused restaurant.

From breakfast to dinner, the restaurant serves a diverse range of guests, including locals, leisure club members, and visitors to the hotel and spa. Operating in a fast-paced environment, the restaurant prides itself on maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Role Overview: As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant while delivering exceptional guest service. Reporting to the Food & Beverage management team, you’ll be responsible for leading and motivating your team, managing the guest experience, and ensuring the highest standards are always upheld.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, maintaining a smooth service in a high-volume environment.
• Lead and inspire the team to provide excellent service during busy periods.
• Uphold exceptional food quality standards and ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Oversee recruitment, staff development, HR, payroll, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and reduce waste while maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Coordinate reservation management, optimising guest flow and table turnover.
• Ensure health, safety, and food hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and guest satisfaction.
