Are you a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager ready for a new challenge?

THE JOB:

• Day to day shift management
• Development of the existing team
• Deputising for the General Manager in their absence
• Cashing up and opening duties
• Hands on service support

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Min. 2 years experience in an Assistant Manager role in a Pub or a Restaurant
• Eager to learn and share own knowledge with the team
• Possesses a real passion for great food and service
• Engaging and warm personality

THE PACKAGE:

• 30-32K + tips (experience depending)
• 45h per week on a 5 over 7 pattern (no doubles!)
• Meals on duty
