Our client, a well respected organisation in Marylebone, are looking to hire a confident and outgoing receptionist on a full time perm basis.

DUTIES:
Respond to all written, email and telephone enquiries in a timely manner
Serve as primary point of contact
Process bookings, invoicing, cancellations, transfers etc
Maintain company database
Maintain filing systems – both paper and computer based
Provide hospitality assistance
Assist with meeting room preparation and set up
Provide support for the team when with extra duties when needed
Manage stock of stationery
Managing incoming and outgoing post and couriers
General administrative duties
WHAT’S NEEDED:
Qualification in Business Administration is desirable
