We are hiring a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie looking to learn and take the step up to Pastry Chef de Partie. You will join a close-knit team within this beautiful Central London Members Club, gaining experience with multiple service styles.

Pastry Demi Chef de Partie Role:
Creating classic European pastry for a la carte options, buffets, finger food, afternoon teas, plus any other events that are on
Working with the direct training of the Head Pastry Chef
40-45 hours per week (3 single shifts and 2 doubles finished by 10 pm latest)
Every other weekend off
Requirements:
You will have a basic grounding in pastry, either from college or experience within the workplace
You will have worked in professional kitchens for at least 2 years and will have demonstrated longevity in previous roles
This is a great role for a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie who has a grounding and interest in pastry and is looking for willing guidance to develop.
