Staffing Match are recruiting for Lounge Host/ess for Heathrow Airport

Duties

• To provide a silver service to all guests who visit the lounge
• Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with others, and maintaining them over time
• To ensure high standards are maintained with the lounge and food presentation at all time
• Liaising with Chefs directly to assist with any special requirements
• To represent the company at a high standard at all times
• To greet and welcome guests in the lounge
• Actively looking at ways to assist guests.

Requirements

• Team player
• Good time management skills
• Have a good eye to detail
• Ability to “think outside the box” and work under pressure
• Actively looking for ways to help passengers and colleagues
• Be representative, show friendliness and dedication towards guests
• The ability to communicate at all levels
• Knowledge of food and beverages
• One years previous experience is a must.
