Hours: 42 hours per week, 8.5 hours over 5 shifts
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Lobby Ambassador to join our team at Thames City, providing a warm, safe, and enjoyable environment for our residents, their guests, and visitors. You will play a key role in creating a lasting first impression, delivering the highest level of service with warmth and grace. Your attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to excellence will ensure a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional experience for all stakeholders, in line with our premium service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
– Act as a primary point of contact for residents, guests, and visitors, providing a welcoming arrival and fond farewell.
– Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the lobby to the highest standards.
– Work closely with the team to ensure resident satisfaction and a clean environment, especially during move-in and move-out processes.
– Provide accurate information and assistance to residents and visitors regarding amenities, activities, and directions.
– Foster personalized relationships with residents to anticipate their preferences and needs.
– Coordinate with security, concierge, and door teams to ensure a secure and safe environment at all times.
– Ensure all equipment used by the door team is maintained, clean, and in working order; report malfunctions to senior managers or engineers.
– Support seamless operations by conducting comprehensive handovers with colleagues.
– Assist concierge and door teams with delivering top-tier services.
– Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by the House Manager.
Desired Skills and Experience:
– High efficiency and strong organizational skills.
– Dependable with a strong service-driven approach.
– Sympathetic and understanding with excellent interpersonal communication.
– Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a 5-star hotel or luxury residential property.
– Culturally aware with the ability to adapt to diverse resident needs.
– Team-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
– Eligible to work in the UK.
– Mandarin-speaking candidates are welcomed.
