Our client is a boutique and busy hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds.

As a Kitchen Porter, you will provide vital support to the kitchen team, ensuring that all cleaning and basic duties are carried out efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all kitchen areas are kept clean, organized, and in compliance with hygiene standards.
• Wash dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils quickly and effectively.
• Assist with basic food preparation, including peeling and chopping vegetables.
• Safely store kitchen equipment and help maintain organization in the kitchen.
• Manage waste and recycling, ensuring the kitchen area remains clutter-free.
• Assist with the receipt and proper storage of deliveries.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.

• Must have a valid driving license and reliable transport, as the location is not accessible by public transport.
