We have an exciting opportunities within our kitchen teams for Kitchen Porters. We are looking for team of all levels; with proven experience to no experience at all, to be based on our Butlin s resort in Bognor Regis, as part of the Butlin”s family! We are looking to provide a consistent professional approach to all customers through the highest standards of product and service, all that we ask is that you actively contribute to meeting our guests expectations in the role that you do. All we ask: •To be a team player and have the ability to work under pressure (at times) and to tight deadlines with a commitment to consistent delivery •To take a pro-active steps to work with the senior team in the kitchen •To follow the procedures for minimal wastage throughout the kitchen •Ability to organise and prioritise a demanding workload •Excellent communications and motivational skills •Flexibility with regards to working hours, to meet the demands of both the business and the team •To be willing to attend training courses (internal and external) to further your development Typical working hours: working five days over seven, 40 hours per week on a full time basis. This role has a pay rate of £9.50 per hour and you are required to be aged 18 or over. Live in accommodation may be available for those over 18 and if relocating to the area.
