Nestled in the heart of St John’s Hill, our charming and historic pub is ready to level up its kitchen game, and we’re looking for a talented Kitchen Manager to lead the charge! If you re a culinary whiz who loves perfecting pub classics, mastering roasts, and stretching dough to create drool-worthy pizzas, we want you to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Pizza Pro: Show off your dough-stretching skills and craft mouthwatering pizzas.
• Pub Classic Maestro: Serve up traditional roasts and beloved pub fare with flair.
• Solo Superstar: Run the kitchen solo until we grow you’ll be the master of your culinary domain!
• Menu Innovator: Put your stamp on our menu with delicious dishes that keep customers coming back.
• Clean Kitchen Champion: Keep the kitchen spotless, safe, and in tip-top shape.
• Stock Guru: Manage inventory and order supplies to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

Your Schedule:

• Monday: Closed (Yep, enjoy your Mondays off!)
• Tuesday – Friday: 5pm – 10pm (Dinner magic happens here)
• Saturday & Sunday: 12pm – 10pm (Weekend feast mode)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience making pizzas and stretching dough like a pro.
• Skilled at cooking pub favourites and perfect roasts.
• Ability to work independently and take charge of kitchen operations.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for creating and refining menu items.
• A passion for food and a drive to make a big impact.
