What’s involved?

As a Kitchen manager you will lead from the front motivating the team around you and have high standards and knowledge of H&S. you will also be responsible for;

• Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff and activities.
• Food Preparation and Quality Control:
• Oversee food preparation and presentation.
• Implement portion control standards to manage costs and minimize waste.
