Junior Sous Chef Full Time

We are looking for a great CDP looking for progression or Junior Sous chef looking for a move. You will be part of a brigade of 6 chefs and will be enthusiastic and passionate about cooking. All fresh produce and new menus starting in January 2024 when this position will begin. We can offer temporary live in accommodation to begin with but you would need to relocate if the travel is too far, or live in the local area to Grantham. We have 2 restaurants, function room, Al fresco dining and are busy throughout the year with functions/ weddings and daily dining at lunchtime and evenings.
