We are looking for an experienced JuniorSous Cheffor a stunning restaurantin the heart ofBattersea. Part of a very successful restaurant group opening their first UK site, with a huge focus on fresh food, excellent ingredients and cooking everythingfrom scratch.
The busy venue serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, focusing on incredible, home-cooked food.
This is one of the most exciting restaurants in London at the moment with big plans already underway to expand and working daily with the Chef/Owner. The menu focuses on on modern European/Mediterraneancooking and has a seasonal changingmenu.
The Role -JuniorSous Chef – 80 seats – 200 covers per day – Team of 14 – Main focus on breakfast/brunch – daytime hours The Rewards – JuniorSous Chef – £37k basic + service (approx £40k – £43k) – 44hrs per week – paid overtime – Huge progression with new sites opening The Venue- JuniorSous Chef – Focus on qualityingredientsand home-cooking – Part of a very successful group – Very high-end product yet relaxed/informal environment We are looking for someone from a high-end environment that likes to bring their personality and passion to work with them All suitable candidates will be contacted by a member of the team to discuss in more detail and answer any questions you may have.
