Head Chef – Maidenhead

We are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef located in Maidenhead. Our client is an Award Winning Events Catering company based in Maidenhead. The successful Head Chef will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail. As Head Chef you will lead from the front and enable the team to achieve the highest levels of standards and service at all times.

The Perks

The Head Chef will receive:

• Basic Salary of up to £45,000
• 48 hours a week
• Overtime paid

The Place

Our client is an Award- Winning Events Catering company based in Maidenhead where no two days are ever the same. They have a fantastic client base and cover 180-200 events a year in and around the South East.

The Person

The Head Chef will have:

• City & Guilds 7061/7062 or NVQ Level 2&3
• Previous experience in Events Catering at Head Chef Level
• Experience in an accoladed kitchen
• Sound understanding and experience of menu development
• Leadership skills
• Strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
