Head Chef Essex Upmarket Bistro

A Head Chef is required for this upmarket restaurant set in a charming town close to the Essex coast.

For this role you must have experience of working as a Sous Chef or Head Chef in at least a 1AA Rosete level and applicants without this background cant be considered due to the skill level required.

This charming property oozes opulence and comfort and offers a welcoming place to dine on delicious dishes that are put together using fresh, local ingredients.

As a modern restaurant, the kitchen is excellently equipped meaning you and your team will have the best tools at hand to create stunning a la carte menus.

They are looking for a Head Chef with a background in fresh food kitchens and someone who can nurture and lead their team to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

• Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and you will be managing and motivating a professional brigade, ensuring that ongoing training and development is offered to all members of the team

• Be a creative and talented Chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
• Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine and the right candidate will ideally be experienced in good fresh food kitchens
