ETM Group is expanding. In fact, we’re about to open our biggest site to date! Based in W1 occupying one of Central London’s premier sites, our 2024 opening will be open early till late, and is set to cause a stir! We’re getting ready to serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to 100’s of guests everyday. We’ll be a destination for watching sports, light lunches, West end dinners and late night cocktails. We’re taking the best bits from our award winning premium sports estate, and taking it into the West end with a twist!

The opening is set for May next year, and we’re now looking for a General Manager to join us in the new year, to help lead the opening process, and make sure that this ETM opening is not only the biggest to date, but the best!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• General Manager experience within F&B, all day dining café
• Understanding of Hotel operation and room service standards and expectations at a high level and events
• Ability to plan and execute staff training and development
• Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
• Strong understanding of daily and periodical financial aspects of the business
• Ability to work autonomously and alongside our head office operations team
