Due to an internal promotion, we’re looking for a General Manager!

The Botanist Broadgate is THE place to be in Broadgate Circle. Our much loved bar is fast becoming a City hotspot, and is busy all year round. Our restaurant serves a classic British and European menu using the very best British produce, and prides itself on discreet personalized service. The Botanist Broadgate is a busy, well respected quality City bar & restaurant. We’re looking for a General Manager to drive our thriving business forward, and lead the team to deliver exceptional 5 service.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• General Manager experience within a high volume site
• (Ideally)Experience in a high profile and landmark venue of the London City scene
• Ability to plan and execute staff training and development
• Knowledge of FS and HS regulations and of most common HR practices
• Strong understanding of daily and periodical financial aspects of the business
• Ability to work autonomously and alongside our head office operations team
