General Manager Responsibilities:

Lead the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of the team, ensuring alignment with the business’s exacting standards

Serve as a role model for the team, consistently upholding and embodying high standards in appearance, conduct, and training

Monitor and strive to achieve the net profit target, conducting regular, accurate monthly stock counts, and promptly addressing discrepancies

Oversee the thorough probationary review process for new employees, ensuring accurate record-keeping and submission to HR

Conduct routine performance evaluations for existing staff, providing constructive feedback, recognizing accomplishments, and offering opportunities for professional growth

Collaborate effectively with the Finance Director and Executive Chef, to manage budgets and meet financial objectives
