– My client, a Luxury Country House Boutique Hotel, based in a Stunning Location on the Shores of Lake Ullswater, only a few miles from the Busy Town of Penrith, is looking for a Talented F&B Manager to oversee the running of a Stylish & Elegant 2 AA Rosette Fine-Dining Restaurant, Contemporary World Bar, Opulent Private Dining Rooms and Busy Function Spaces.
– As F&B Manager and no 3 in the management structure, youll be incredibly hands-on, leading from the front at all times. This isnt a role for an office dweller, we want this person to become synonymous with the Hotel and its guests.
– Winner of Numerous Industry Awards, as F&B Manager youll work closely and manage with some IncrediblyTalented Hospitality Professionals to ensure that the property maintains itsoutstandingreputation as one of the Premier Destination F&B Venues in The Lake District!
– With a strong Operations Manager in place to support you, youll be counted on to identify, develop and drive new business and F&B revenue opportunities.
– Working closely with senior management on a daily basis, this is a chance to really develop and expand your knowledge on what it takes to run a successful, market leading luxury hotel, including budgets, forecasting, revenue strategies etc.
