Staff Group are working with a beautiful hotel in Chester who are looking for a new Food & Beverage Manager to join the team.

• Job Title: Food & Beverage Manager
• Salary: Up to 42k DOE
• Location: Chester
• Holidays: 33 days
• Contracted Hours: 45 hours per week.

Brief overview of the role:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the F&B offering within the hotel which includes two restaurants / bars.
• Striving for customer excellence across all F&B areas of the business.
• Working with managers across the business to maximise sales and profitability.
• Purchasing, budgeting, and reporting.
• Positively leading the F&B team and working with the General Managers to train and recruit team members.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience in a hotel environment is essential.
• Experience of working in a F&B role or similar is essential.
• Excellent IT skills, which will include MS Excel.
• Able to positively manage teams across the business.
• Customer experience is at the heart of everything you do.
• Flexibility and reliability are a must.
