Kellas Limited Your duties shall include the following: Training servers in proper customer service techniques, such as greeting customers, understanding and recommending menu selections and describing specials. Overseeing all aspects of the dining experience, including setting up reservations and for events, seating guests and ensuring that guests have a positive experience. Managing the restaurant front of house staff, including the hiring process with the general manager, conducting performance evaluations, and addressing any issues with staff members. Coordinating with the kitchen and the front of house staff. Handling the payments for the customers and ensuring the cash-up is done correctly after each service. Checking the reservation system regularly to ensure that every reservation is checked and responded to or accounted for. Taking food out from the kitchen during service times as well as maintaining the bar area. Ensure that the restaurant area is well maintained and cleaned after every service and tables are set and ready for the next service.
