Job Title: Deputy Catering Manager

Location: Farnborough

Salary: 34,000

Mon-Sun, 5 days a week, 36-40 hours p/w

As Deputy Catering Manager, you will cover all aspects of catering operations on a day-to-day basis running numerous outlets situated across the venue. You will also need to support a wide range of hospitality events and conferences.

If you are a dedicated individual who is passionate about delivering excellent standards to our customers and excited to get off to a flying start, then we want you on board.

The role will require energy, confidence, problem-solving skills and some previous supervisory experience. In return you will receive training, great opportunities to progress and get to work with people who enjoy what they do and offer great, fast service to all their customers.

You will have:

• Operational experience in multi-faceted catering retail environment or experience in a Junior Catering Manager position
• Experience in catering large events for 500+ customers
• Proven ability to work under pressure with excellent customer service skills and an eye for attention to detail
• Be commercially savvy, have good communication and IT skills
• Ability to work most weekends
• An easy, 45-minute max commute to work
