Chef de Partie Ideal Profile:
Exhibit exceptional culinary skills, maintaining high-quality food preparation and presentation standards
Able to collaborate closely with the Head and Sous Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of menu items, their preparation techniques, and presentation standards
Uphold impeccable hygiene, safety, and equipment maintenance practices
Effectively communicate with colleagues, fostering a secure and collaborative working environment
Chef de Partie Responsibilities:
Execute daily food preparation tasks, adhering to quality and presentation standards
Oversee junior chefs and commis, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and productive kitchen operations
Estimate daily production needs, inspecting the quality of raw and cooked food to maintain exceptional standards
Strive for the highest levels of guest satisfaction by consistently delivering top-tier food quality and addressing guest inquiries
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu, including recipes and preparation methods
