Salary: £28,000 + Tips

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef De Partie to join our client in the beautiful Cotswold area. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
– Prepare and cook food to the highest standards, following recipes and presentation guidelines
– Assist in menu planning and development, ensuring variety and creativity
– Support the Head Chef in maintaining and ordering inventory and supplies
– Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained
– Train and mentor junior chefs to develop their skills and knowledge
– Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely service
– Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment at all times

Requirements:
– Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or similar role
– Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
– Passion for food and creativity in menu planning
– Excellent communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
– Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
– Relevant culinary qualifications or training is preferred
