Our client is seeking a Commis/Chef de partie to assist their talented team of chefs for their operations based in great are of the Wirral.
The client is requiring enthusiastic & motived Commis/Chef De Partie who is looking to work within a fresh food kitchen & develop their career further within kitchens.
You will be working with an established and settled team of 5 highly skilled chefs & and to create a positive work environment and as part of the community for this well loved local establishment.
As the Chef De Partie, ensuring the food is served to the highest of quality, all health & safety aspects of the business are compliant & undertake the training/recruitment of future kitchen team members ranging from KPs to all levels of chefs in the kitchen.
You will have the ability to have input into the kitchen operations and working alongside the Head Chef, GM & the Company Exec Chef.
The client requires the chef to work 48 hours per week over 5 days, shift start times can vary depending on the needs and requirements of the business.
