Role – Chef de Partie

As Chef de Partie you will:

• Work alongsde the sous and head chefs
• Prepare and cook the all fresh daily menu
• Monitor stock levels and contribute towards the ordering process
• Work efficiently to ensure low levels of waste
• Carry out cleaning of equipment and working areas to the highest food hygiene standards
• Help to close down the kitchen each day including preparation for the following day.

Attributes – Chef de Partie

We are looking for:

• A background working as a CDP/Commis Chef in high volume restaurants, pubs, hotels or contract catering operations
• A strong desire to further develop yor skills
• Understanding of food hygiene requirements
• Good presentation skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great teamwork.
• Hardworking
• The ability to work well and efficiently under pressure.
