Buying Executive Full Time

Stonegate Group are looking for a Buying Executive for our Non-Food & Non-Drink team – a great opportunity for a first step into a career within commercial procurement. As part of a highly skilled team responsible for purchasing the right products at the right price, you’ll be supporting a range of different commercially focussed projects. This role is based at our Pub Support Office in Solihull.

Key responsibilites for the Buying Executive will include:

• Resolving queries in a satisfactory and timely manner
• Ensuring all product and supplier data is available, up to date and accurate
• Managing communications to external suppliers and internal teams
• Using key systems such as Starchef , Trade Simple and Navison. High proficiency in MS Excel required.
• Knowledge / proficiency in use of Zendesk query management system (stonegate support system preferred)
• Generate informed, accurate and timely reports on a weekly/ monthly basis
• Supporting the Stonegate offer change process
• Supporting tender and category management activity

• Good organisational and time management skills and a high levels of accuracy on all tasks
• Excellent communication skills for internal & external stakeholders
• Willingness to go the extra mile for the team and their own development
• Strong numerical skills ability to understand commercials and interpret data
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
