Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a 180 business development role whereby you only engage with your clients and don t have to worry about the candidate side of recruitment?

Would you love to be able to win vacancies and then hand them over to a professional team of resourcers, freeing you up to do what you do best?

Based in stunning offices within the leafy suburbs of Edgbaston, you ll be joining a highly professional, recruitment company who put enjoyment at the heart of everything they do.

We are now looking for a dynamic recruitment consultant who is sales through and through. Someone who just loves getting out there and winning vacancies.

This is a hybrid role and you are contracted to 40 hours per week however you can choose which 2 days you work in the office.

What will I be doing?

• Tapping in to a huge database of warm clients who are perhaps already using your services but don t realise that you also cover other departments at Director level within their business.

• Attending client visits to establish pinch points and offering consultative advice in terms of clients recruitment needs at senior/director level

• Gaining a full understanding of the role so that you can coherently pass it to the resourcing team.

• Maintaining excellent working relationships with your clients and accompanying them to fabulous corporate events.

About you:

We are looking for an experienced recruitment consultant who can demonstrate a record of success in gaining and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients.

To be considered for this role you MUST come from a recruitment agency background.
