Role Overview:

We are looking for a Breakfast Chef to join our team and help deliver a high-quality breakfast menu throughout the day. This position is ideal for chefs with some kitchen experience who are looking to grow their skills in a busy, yet supportive environment. The role will involve working across two locations with smaller, focused menus, ensuring consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes to a high standard.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety regulations.
• Ensure consistency in the quality of dishes served at both locations (Duke St and Williamson Sq).
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage inventory, ingredients, and supplies.
• Participate in training and trials at the Botanico location before starting at Gran Caffe.

Requirements:

• Some previous kitchen experience is preferred, but extensive experience is not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work across two locations and adapt to different kitchen setups.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• A passion for food and a willingness to learn.

Additional Information:

• All trials for this position will be conducted at our Woolton location.
• The menu will remain focused on breakfast items throughout the day, allowing for a more streamlined cooking process.
