Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a friendly and efficient experience for every guest.
- Craft high-quality coffee drinks consistently, following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Keep the coffee bar clean and organised, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Operate the till accurately, handling payments and cash securely.
- Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure top performance.
Desirable skills include:
- Previous experience working as a barista or in a customer-facing role.
