Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista who is not only obsessed with crafting the perfect cup of coffee but also possesses a creative touch when it comes to coffee art. As a key member of our client’s team, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise, engage with customers, and contribute to the success of this café.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages to customers with precision and consistency.
• Showcase your creativity by mastering the art of coffee decoration, creating visually stunning latte art designs that leave a lasting impression.
• Provide exceptional customer service, welcoming guests with a warm smile and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and friendly manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the café, including the coffee station and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring the café is well-stocked at all times.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment, supporting each other during busy periods.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista in a café or coffee shop environment.
• A genuine passion for coffee, with a strong knowledge of different coffee varieties, brewing methods, and coffee art techniques.
• Proficiency in creating intricate latte art designs is essential.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week or more, including weekends and holidays.
• Barista certification or training is a plus.
