Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an award winning Privately owned Spa in the Leicestershire area and they have an exciting opportunity for a Bar Manager overseeing 2 bars, to join their team.

What’s involved in this Bar Manager role?

• Assume full responsibility for two Bars in respect of operation, personnel and in delivering a warm, professional anticipatory service.
• Working over two Bars – you will need to balance the needs of both departments ensuring your team are well cared for and valued and appreciation shown for the work they do.

What’s required?

• Previous similar experience in a Bar Manager role
• Spa Hotel experience
• Food & Wine knowledge
• Leadership
