• Salary: £30,000 per year + £7,000 Tronc
• Total Earnings (OTE): £37,000

The Role:

As Assistant Manager, you ll work closely with the General Manager to keep operations running smoothly while delivering a memorable experience for every guest. From keeping the energy high on the restaurant floor to making sure the kitchen runs like clockwork, you ll be a key player in bringing the restaurant s vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day management of the restaurant.
• Lead and motivate the team, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
• Oversee stock management, scheduling, and daily operational duties.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in line with regulations.
• Be a hands-on leader, stepping in to assist during peak times and ensuring smooth service.
• Handle customer feedback with professionalism, addressing any issues and ensuring guests leave with a smile.
• Play a key role in training new team members and maintaining a positive work environment.

What We re Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a supervisory role within a busy restaurant environment.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a love for Asian-inspired cuisine.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to keep calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Understanding of stock management, scheduling, and restaurant operations.
