Position: Coffee Shop Supervisor Location: Halifax HX1
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week 3 months zero hours leading to permanent hours, following probationary period.
£12.44 per hour with shifts between 7am and 7pm.

Are you an experienced Store Supervisor within the hospitality or catering division? Have you worked in Café and Restaurant but looking for daytime shifts now rather than evening?
Do you thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centred environment?
Are you comfortable in supervising a team and training new starters?
As a store supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly and ensuring each customer leaves happy, staff rotas are completed for the week ahead along with other store duties.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensuring every customer is welcomed into a warm and friendly atmosphere
• Oversee daily operations, from opening and closing to maintaining a clean, organised space.
• Train and support a team of baristas, encouraging a positive and friendly atmosphere.
• Manage inventory, handle orders, and ensure supplies are stocked up when running low.
• Keep high standards of safety and cleanliness at all times.

All about you?

• Experienced in a supervisory role, ideally in a coffee shop or café other hospitality and catering experience is welcomed.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication and people skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
• Passionate about coffee and eager to share that passion with others.
• Flexible and able to work weekends and peak hours as needed.
