If you re a natural-born leader who s ready to assist in managing day-to-day operations while making sure every customer leaves with a smile, then you re exactly who we re looking for! What You ll Be Doing:

• Right-Hand Leader: Support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring everything runs seamlessly.
• Team Motivator: Inspire and guide staff to deliver outstanding customer service and a fun dining experience.
• Quality Enforcer: Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Shift Manager: Take charge of opening, closing, and running shifts to keep the place buzzing.
• Cost Controller: Help monitor budgets and manage costs, including labor and inventory.
• Customer Care: Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Safety First: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Staff Development: Assist with training, coaching, and developing the team to unlock their full potential.
• Supplier Liaison: Help maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure the restaurant is fully stocked.
• Step-Up Leader: Step in to lead the restaurant when the General Manager is off duty show off your leadership skills!

You Bring:

• Experience in a supervisory or deputy management role in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
